Customised Heavy Duty Triangle Plates for mooring line maintenance

We supplied a customised Heavy Duty Triangle Plate No. 250 to our customer PT Nobel Riggindo Samudra for an offshore mooring line maintenance application. The product is based on our standard HDTP range and was fitted with an integrated lifting eye and an additional attachment point on the side to suit the project requirements.

The Heavy Duty Triangle Plate No. 250 has a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 250 tonnes and weighs approximately 350 kg. It is used during maintenance activities where the load of a chain and wire rope assembly is temporarily transferred to a lifting device, so individual mooring components can be inspected, maintained or replaced.

The plate distributes the lifting forces between the lifting equipment and the connected chain and wire assembly. Its multiple connection points enable the chain and wire assembly to be connected to a single lifting point.
