Compliance with industry standards
All AqualLine products are thoroughly tested and comply with the applicable industry standards and regulations, including EN 13411, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and ISO 8062.
Continuous testing & quality control
Testing and verification are embedded throughout our process — from the engineering phase and new product introductions to periodic random inspections at our manufacturing facilities. This continuous approach ensures consistent quality in an industry where safety is critical. Our products are used in environments where people depend on them every day, making safety not just a requirement, but a responsibility.
Proof loading & traceability
Proof loading is performed as standard at 40% of the Minimum Breaking Load. Each socket is clearly marked with essential information such as model number, heat number and applicable wire rope diameter, ensuring full traceability and correct application in the field.
Standard documentation
All products are supplied with a Declaration of Compliance according to EN 10204-2.1, including key information such as certificate number, wire rope diameter, Minimum Breaking Load, quantity and order number.
Additionally, a Material Certificate according to EN 10204-3.1 is provided, including material identification, mechanical properties and chemical composition, ensuring full traceability.

Additional testing & inspection
Upon request, we can provide a wide range of additional testing and inspection services, including:
- Witness or survey certification by independent third-party classification societies (e.g. ABS, DNV and LR)
- Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic testing, visual inspection and dimensional reporting
- Material Certificate according to EN 10204-3.2
- EC Declaration according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Manufacturer’s Test Certificate according to ILO Convention No. 152
